Its current Director Ian Macleod established Normac Shipping Limited in December 2000. The company is located at the Port of Liverpool and is in prime location to provide its services throughout the Port. The company currently specialises in bulk cargo movements, but is developing new areas of business throughout the Port of Liverpool and beyond. One of Normac Shipping's largest customers is S.Norton & Co., a major exporter of scrap metal.
The current director and founder, Ian Macleod, has worked within the shipping industry for many years. With 30 years of shipping experience, he has a vast knowledge of all areas within the industry. The company has a solid foundation of experience and knowledge together with a drive for new and innovative service offerings.
Ian Macleod handles the day to day chartering, both deep sea and short sea including time chartering.
